The Experience

  • We’ll talk through your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences while determining the ideal length, color, and number of rows for your desired result. You'll also receive a customized extension plan and investment estimate.

  • Once we've finalized your plan, a deposit will be collected and applied toward your installation. We’ll then reserve your installation appointment.

  • Your extensions will be carefully installed, custom cut, blended, and styled for a seamless finish. Before you leave, we’ll go over everything you need to know about caring for your new hair at home.

  • To keep your extensions comfortable and looking their best, move-up appointments are typically recommended every 6–8 weeks depending on your natural hair growth and at-home care. Together, we'll create a maintenance schedule that works for you.

  • Extension hair typically lasts 6–8 months with proper at-home care and consistent maintenance. Because lighter shades undergo more processing, blonde extension hair often falls within that timeline, while brunette shades may last up to 10 months.

    Longevity also depends on your products, heat styling habits, lifestyle, and how well the hair is cared for between appointments.

  • Move-up appointments are typically recommended every 6–8 weeks. Guests with finer hair may need to return closer to 6 weeks because of natural shedding, while guests with denser hair may be able to go closer to 8 weeks.

  • Extension hair can fade over time, just like natural hair. Professional toners or lowlights may be used when needed to refresh the color and maintain a seamless blend.
